1. Proof of Concept
Currently we are here, in Spring 2020.
The first stage is to test wireless delivery. Speed, latency and uptime metrics are collected.
Goal: Transmit data reliably down the Milton Hills Road corridor.
2. Initial Deploy
Est. Summer 2020
In the second stage we will add a few members and test the growth tolerance of the network.
Goal: Test the network as it scales. Review planning assumptions, and revise if necessary.
3. Rollout to Public
Est. Fall 2020
The third stage will be all about growth.
Goal: Onboard any neighbor with substandard internet access, just as soon as possible.
